RETURN POLICY
Legislative framework
Our return policy is applied within the framework of Law 3281 sanctioned by the city of Buenos Aires (Argentina) in 2009. In short (surely of interest to most people), the return must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. In case there is a balance in favor of the customer, "the establishment is obliged to deliver a voucher reflecting such balance or its equivalent in cash, at the merchant's choice. The voucher shall be valid for ninety (90) calendar days from its issuance, unless the store establishes a longer term".
In any case, our return policy has greater benefits than those set forth in the aforementioned legislation. For example, for immediate delivery paintings, we guarantee the possibility of cancelling the purchase at any time as long as it is communicated before the order has been made available to the courier company.
For personalized paintings, the purchase can be cancelled but the initial deposit will be forfeited.
Damaged shipment
A. Damaged Box (For the Greater Buenos Aires area):
If you notice that the package is damaged, please open it in front of the courier and confirm if the painting is in good condition. In case there is any problem please let us know by whatsapp within 24 hours of receipt. In case the painting is damaged, we will bear the shipping cost to the gallery.
B. Damaged Painting (For around the world except Argentina):
We propose to our clients to send the painting by DHL and insure it against any possible incidence. Normally DHL's service is excellent and out of 100 paintings we sent, we only had problems with 2 shipments. The shipment we normally propose is home delivery. Once you have received the packed painting, please ask the courier not to leave until he confirms that the painting is in good condition. At that moment you have to open the packaging and verify that the painting is in good condition. In case the painting is damaged, DHL will compensate you and we will propose you if you want us to resend the painting. You may choose to keep the compensation and we will refund you the difference of the value of the painting (i.e. "value of the painting - minus DHL compensation").
C. Technical defects
If you notice any defects in the order, such as:
- Defects in the artwork.
- Incomplete order.
- Incorrect size.
Communicate it via email to [email protected], along with the attached digital photographs and we will send a new order with the ideal conditions without additional costs.
